Do we charge for quotations or is there a call out fee?

No, we do not charge any call out fee or quotation fee. Our quotes are completely obligation free. In fact, we offer a free consultation when doing a quote to get you the best deal possible!

Are your staff qualified?
Yes, our staff are trained gardeners and technicians. In fact, we employ qualified horticulturists who have a degree or diploma in their respective field. This ensures you always have someone on site that knows exactly how to tend to your garden.
Are your insecticides and pesticides pet and environmentally friendly?
Absolutely, we are able to provide you with the necessary information including Material Data Sheets and other labels just to be sure!
Do we install boreholes?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service at the moment.
How many staff members will arrive at my property?
Depending on the type and size of the project, our typical teams consist of between 4 – 5 gardeners including the supervisor.
Do I need to provide anything like lunch or plug points for electricity?
No, we bring along everything that we need to get the job done. In fact, we will also remove all debris generated while attending to your garden.
Do we work on Saturdays?
Typically we only work Monday to Friday however depending on demand, availability as well as project deadlines, we may choose to work on a Saturday.
Are we able to quote over the phone?
Unfortunately, we would prefer not to! Every garden is different. A price per square meter is not enough to determine exactly what needs to be done, as such, we prefer to come out and physically view your garden! We also get the chance to meet you and discuss exactly what you are looking for!
Do you supply plants, lawndressing, compost and any other similar products?
Of course! We are even able to offer you discounts on certain items as a regular client.
Do we have insurance?
Yes, we have fully comprehensive insurance for any of our works! Rest assured, it will be taken care of!
